FreedomDebtUSA (a brand of forever1410 LLC) respects your right to control how and when we contact you. This Do Not Call Policy explains how to be added to our internal Do Not Call list and stop receiving marketing communications from us.

1. Federal Do Not Call Registry

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) maintains the National Do Not Call Registry, which allows consumers to limit the telemarketing calls they receive. To register your phone number, visit:

2. FreedomDebtUSA Internal Do Not Call List

In addition to the federal registry, we maintain our own internal Do Not Call list. Once added, you will not receive marketing calls, SMS messages, or promotional emails from FreedomDebtUSA.

Important: If you have an active account or pending evaluation with us, you may still receive non-marketing communications regarding your specific case (e.g., status updates, document requests). To stop those as well, please contact us directly.

3. How to Opt-Out

You can request to be added to our internal Do Not Call list in any of the following ways:

4. Online Opt-Out Form

Use the form below to submit your Do Not Call request. All fields are required.

✓ Your request has been received. We will process it within 10 business days. A confirmation email has been sent to the address you provided.

5. Processing Time

We will add your phone number to our internal Do Not Call list within 10 business days of receiving your request, as required by FTC regulations. You may receive calls already scheduled before your request was processed; we apologize for any inconvenience.
